Q - What are the system requirements for viewing a M2S?
A - The M2S videos are encoded in streaming Macromedia Flash - this means you can watch them in your browser without needing to download the video file or a media player. You may require a quick update to the latest version (8.0) of the Macromedia Flash player. This is a very quick download, and will allow you to update your computer to the latest video standard used by our site.
Support
Q - The M2S always starts at the beginning and doesn't go any farther than the first two or three topics.
A - The M2S player does provide the ability to view any chapter at any time. First, make sure you have the latest version of Flash. Go to this web page and check to see what version of Flash you have installed: http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/about
The
latest version is 8,0,24,0.
If you have an older version, please go to the Player Download Center and upgrade your player.
Then make sure the upgrade was successful by checking your version again:

You may have to uninstall the current version of Flash through your Control Panel and then install the new version.

Then make sure the upgrade was successful by checking your version again:
Q - While viewing the M2S, the section ends and automatically closed the window. How do I continue to the next section of the seminar.
A
-
The
M2S player does provide the ability to view any chapter
at any time. If you do not see a Navigation Panel on the
right side, you must upgrade to the latest version of
the Macromedia Flash Player as described in the
previous answer.
Your M2S Player has a Seminar Navigation panel on the left. Use this panel to switch to the section of the seminar you want to view.
Q - I upgraded my Macromedia Flash Player but I am still unable to get past the introduction for my M2S.
A - The Upgrade function on the Macromedia Website does not always upgrade the player. When this happens check to see what version of Flash you have installed: http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/about
The
latest version is 8,0,24,0.
If you have an older version, uninstall the current version of Flash through your Control Panel.

Then go to the Player Download Center and install the new version.
Make sure the upgrade was successful by checking your version again:
Q - I have Macromedia Flash Player on my computer but my M2S is still pulling up in Microsoft Windows Media Player.
A - If your M2S is still being pulled up in your Windows Media Player, then either the Macromedia Flash Player is not installed or the Flash Object wasn't able to be detected.
First, check to make sure you have the Macromedia Flash Player installed. If it is installed, uninstall it, and reinstall it through the Control Panel as described in the previous answer.
Q - The M2S video plays fine, but I do not get any audio. (The M2S is running on the MSN player through MSN Explorer.)
A - MSN Explorer is not supported. Watch your M2S through Internet Explorer instead of MSN Explorer.
Q - I'm having trouble installing the Macromedia Flash Player. Where can I get support?
A - Visit our troubleshooting area in the Macromedia Flash Player Support Center for help with installation.
Q - How do I download the Workbook?
A - If your M2S comes with a workbook, open the Right Navigation Panel and click on the additional dropdown button. Then click on the link to the workbook.
A - If your M2S comes with bonuses, click on the "Bonuses" link in the Left Side Navigation column.
Q - When I go to register my M2S, I get the Error: "Your name contains an invalid character".
A - Make sure your FIRST NAME is only one word with no spaces.
Q - When I go to login and view my M2S, I get the Error: "Username is already registered".
A - When you first purchased your M2S you were sent an email with a link to the Registration page. After you registered you received a Registration Confirmation email with a link to the Login page along with your username and password. The "Username is already registered" message means you are on the Registration page instead of the Login page. Please open your email "M2S Registration Complete" and click on the Login link for the M2S you purchased.
Q - I can't login to view the M2S I purchased.
A - When you first purchased your M2S you were sent an email with a link to the Registration page. After you registered you received a Registration Confirmation email with a link to the Login page along with your username and password. If you are having problems logging in refer back to your email "M2S Registration Complete", click on the Login link and enter the username and password listed in the email.
If you do not have your "M2S Registration Complete" email, go back to the Login page for your M2S and enter your email address under "Forgot Password" and click Send.
If you do not have the link to the Login Page for your M2S, go to this backup login page.
